Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Besilon company website at besilon.com. Each Besilon product has its own privacy policy for the data used inside that product — for Hospital Master, see the Hospital Master privacy policy.

What this website collects

This website uses no third-party tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no invasive trackers.

• Enquiries and demo requests. If you submit an enquiry or request a demo through our contact form, we collect your name, work email address, optional phone number, organisation, request category, and message. This data is processed securely through our serverless infrastructure (Vercel) and transmitted to our inbox via our transactional email provider solely to communicate with you and answer your enquiry. We never sell your personal information or use it for third-party marketing.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and requested URLs, to deliver the site securely and prevent abusive automated traffic.
• Fonts. Typography is served from Google Fonts, which processes your IP address when your browser retrieves font stylesheets and glyph files.
• Direct email. If you write directly to us at office@besilon.com, we receive your email address and any details you provide, and use them strictly to handle your request.

How we use it

Only to operate and secure the website and to respond to your clinic inquiries, demos, or support requests. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Hosting logs are retained by our infrastructure provider for standard operational and security auditing. Enquiry submissions and email correspondence are kept for the duration needed to fulfill your inquiry and maintain standard business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you from your emails, or ask us to delete it, by writing to office@besilon.com.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
