Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Besilon company website at besilon.com. Each Besilon product has its own privacy policy for the data used inside that product — for Hospital Master, see the Hospital Master privacy policy.

What this website collects

This website has no sign-up, no forms and no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not set tracking cookies.

• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
• Fonts. Text fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use it only to reply and handle your request.

How we use it

Only to run and secure the website and to respond to you. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policy. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our ordinary business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you from your emails, or ask us to delete it, by writing to directoroffice@besilon.com.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
